All of our products are packed with care and love, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days, at hello@arielrose.com.au. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, we hope you understand.

PACKAGING

Our products are housed in recyclable glass bottles and all our shipping materials are recyclable or compostable.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $99 (use code: FREESHIP). Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Orders under $99 will incur a flat rate fee of $8.95 for standard shipping.

Express Post is available for a flat rate fee of $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. We ship all orders via Australia Post. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars.

We currently ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland. We will expand this in future, if you would like us to ship to your country, please let us know.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility.
