Our flower essence of the month for January is Lemon Balm. After the past few years and all that we have experienced, it does not surprise me that Lemon Balm is needed by many right now. Lemon balm is an incredibly calming flower essence. It works in our energy to calm our nervous system and calms and quiets the mind. By doing so, it brings you into the present moment.
